We deal with both high street based lenders and those who do not have such a presence and so gaining access to the full range of Lenders, including those to which the public can’t normally gain access. The Mortgage providers we deal with pay us a fee for arranging the Mortgage , however this has no impact on you what so ever as the deals we arrange are identical to what you could arrange yourself.

Our mortgage division is headed by qualified professionals that will not only give you advice on interest rates and deals but also on the structure of the mortgage in terms of repayment methods, an overview of taxation (if buying to let) and on consolidation of debts upon buying or remortgaging.

It may be a while since you last applied for a mortgage so we can discuss how much you can borrow, solicitor costs, and also the type of valuations/reports that are necessary for the purchase.
